Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on:

We will notify you of any significant delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5.2 Inspection

You must inspect all products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect your warranty claims.

Most products require assembly. Professional assembly services are available at additional cost. Self-assembly must be performed according to provided instructions.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unassembled products in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

6.2 Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days, minus any shipping or handling charges. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

6.3 Warranty Claims

7. Intellectual Property

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

All claims must be brought individually, not as part of any class or representative proceeding.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Modera Furnish regarding the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
